Service description:
Stanwick Community Garden is an innovative project intended to encourage people to work together and be involved in the evolution of an outdoor area for members to enjoy and promote the health and wellbeing of our community.

The 1750m² Community Garden provides a significant space to develop new skills for use by families, individuals or groups. These include various beds for flowers and shrubs, vegetables, fruit, herbs and a sensory garden. There are 6 raised beds - some in use by local schools, and also a poly tunnel for seedlings and greenhouse plants.

Mini beds are available to rent for children and adults of all abilities to grow their own food and/or flowers on an annual basis. There is seating around the grounds and a picnic area for members to sit and enjoy, along with ample parking for ease of access.

All ages are welcome (children must be accompanied by an adult)

Membership is currently £5 per year. Minibeds are also £5 per year. Fees are reviewed annually and are due on 1st April.
