As part of the mental health Northamptonshire collaborative (MHNC) the mental health navigation team provides support in the community to help people improve their general wellbeing. The service is designed for people experiencing difficulties with their emotional wellbeing, living conditions, and physical health. The countywide service is delivered in partnership with Mind.
