NHFT's 0-19 Service delivers the Healthy Child Programme (HCP), which is a series of public health interventions for children that starts at pregnancy and ends at age 19. Services include Health Visiting, School Nursing,Breastfeeding Support and the Family Nurse Partnership (FNP).

The programme is delivered through NHFT's integrated locality teams.
