The Activity Alliance was known as the English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) until May 2018 and is a charity responsible for the promotion and development of sporting opportunities for all disabled people in England. They work closely with a number of key partners to ensure that the sports sector is informed about and responsible for the diverse opportunities for disabled people.

Activity Alliance is the national body responsible for developing sport for disabled people in England. They work closely with the National Disability Sports Organisations (NDSOs) recognised by Sport England to develop sporting opportunities for the 11 million disabled people in England.

The Northamptonshire Federation of Disability Sports is supported by the EFDS and is managed through the Disability Sports Officer of the Northamptonshire Sports.
