Fairfields has a pool, staffed with their own teacher and lifeguard. The pool is 9 meters long and 6 meters wide, and is kept at 33 Celsius. Although used during the school day, the pool is often available at weekends and during the evening. Contact the school for more details.
Conductive Education (CE) is a system of training for people with motor disorders (especially children), which aims to reduce their dependence on artificial aids.
Fairfields are very proud that Conductive Education is a specialism of their school. Indeed, they are one of the few schools in the country able to offer CE to children with physical difficulties.
The school runs a free 'Conductive School for Parents' group
every Tuesday (during term-times), 10.30am-12.00pm. Bring your own lunch. For further information, please call Mrs Beni Constantinou on 01604 714777 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
After School Provision
Fairfields run an after-school club (ASC), a Saturday club, and a school holiday club. These are open to Fairfields children only.
They are classed as 'short breaks,' and are currently commissioned by Northamptonshire County Council.
