Care Solutions (part of Lifeways group) provides person-centred care and support in supported living settings, small registered care homes and outreach services to support people living in their own home. Care Solutions provide people with the opportunities, support, encouragement and experiences to enable them to develop their skills and progress to maximum independence. Using person-centred approaches they listen to, and work with each person and their network to help them develop a support plan tailored to their individual needs.

Aspen House is a five-bedroom home in Rushden that supports adults with learning disabilities and mild challenging behaviours.

Aspen Lodge adjoins Aspen House, and is a five-bedroom, purpose-built residential home. It specialises in supporting younger adults with learning disabilities and medium to high challenging behaviours.

This service holds a National Autistic Society accreditation for quality autism provision.

Dean House
Dean House in Rushden, supports seven individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

Pear Tree Court
Pear Tree Court is a development of 14 accessible and attractive one bedroom apartments in the Wensley Fold area of Rothwell for individuals who require specialist, individualised and person centred support, including those with learning disabilities, complex needs, physical disabilities and mental health needs.
