Time2Talk offers free services to young people between the ages of 13 to 25 within the Daventry and South Northamptonshire area.

All services are free of charge, counselling is by appointment only and can be accessed by phoning. Therapeutic counselling is available by appointment for those aged 12-19. Therapy is offered for up to age 25 when the young person has a special educational need or disability. Those requesting counselling support must do so with informed consent and want to access the service of their own choice. Young people aged 19 and
above, with no special educational needs must be signposted to adult services for mental health support and counselling.

General drop in services are available for those aged 13-25. This includes:
• Access to free condoms
• Pregnancy testing
• chlamydia screening
• Referrals to the local Daventry GUM clinic
• Foodbank referrals
• Needle exchange.

They also provide information on numerous subjects including drugs and alcohol.

Please be aware that whilst you may leave a message on the answer phone or text service at any time, there is no emergency service available or telephone counselling.

Counselling can help with:
• Depression
• Eating disorder issues
• Relationships
• Self esteem and anxiety
• Sexuality
• Suicidal thoughts
• A variety of emotional issues

They can provide up to date information on many subjects including drugs and alcohol, smoking cessation and where to go for help, bullying and how to deal with it.
