Study Programme

The KTS Study Programme gives 16-18 year-olds the opportunity to gain qualifications and experience that employers are looking for. It offers a number of qualifications, from Functional Skills (in Maths, English, and ICT) to Pearson WorkSkills. There will also be the opportunity to undertake work experience, further education, or an apprenticeship. No previous qualifications are required.

Apprenticeships

KTS apprenticeships are for anyone wanting to gain industry-recognised qualifications and further their personal development. Depending on the apprenticeship framework, students may need to have GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths, English, and ICT.

Kettering Training Services provide a number of apprenticeships such as Business Admin, Customer Service, Team Leading, and Print and Sewn Products. Apprenticeships provide the opportunity to get paid work while you learn. With both on-the-job training and technical training, you can gain industry-recognised qualifications at Intermediate Level, with the opportunity to progress to the Advance level.
