Service description:
Learn2b courses are free of charge to anyone who is currently experiencing any form of mental health distress.

Tutors will help you to build confidence, self-esteem and enable you to have some ‘me-time’ away from everyday life. Learn2b is a perfect setting to make new friends, learn something new and develop new life skills in a safe welcoming environment.

Learn2b offer a wide range of courses ranging from beginners art/craft based courses though to courses that will give you tools or techniques to help you understand and deal with the difficulties that you may face

Some of the courses on offer:

• Lift Your Mood With Music
• Mindfulness (various courses from introduction sessions to 6 week progression courses)
• Relax with Art (and many more art/craft based courses)
• Managing Stress And Anxiety Workshop

Each learner as an individual with distinct needs - not just another customer. Just coming along to a course can be daunting in itself, so please feel free to contact Learn2b if there is anything that can make this easier for you.

Courses take place across Northamptonshire in venues such as community centres and church halls.
