Learn2b courses are free of charge to anyone who lives with, or has experienced, a mental health
disorder. Diagnosis is not essential.
Tutors, who are selected specifically because of their own experiences of mental health illness, will support you through a variety of teaching and learning in a safe and welcoming environment. All tutors are qualified in subject matter and passionate about the principles of Learn2b.
Even if you have had symptoms in the past and you want to learn some coping strategies, there will be a course for you.
Initially, courses are designed to encourage your wellbeing, give you an opportunity to have some ‘time out’, learn something new and start to gain confidence in a social setting with like-minded people.
When you are ready, you can think about moving on to courses that help improve self-esteem, confidence, and reduce anxiety or stress.
We will publish all of our current Learn2b courses on the website making it easier to keep up to date with the latest information. All of our Learn2b courses will be marked with the L2B logo, but can also be found under the 'Subjects' menu when refining courses.
