Criteria

To remain 'free at the point of access', we only accept referrals from professionals whose organisations are able to support using spot-purchasing or other forms of commissioning.

Adults in need of support can contact us without a professional referral and we will accept direct payments in these instances.

Children First Policy

We operate on a 'Children first' system. This means that when capacity is limited and deciding between a child or adult referral, the child will come first.
