Service description:
Family Intervention Projects aim to reduce anti-social behaviour in the most challenging and anti-social families. Northampton Family Intervention Project is a specialist service. The project works with families - on a one-to-one basis - who are at risk of eviction from their home caused by anti-social behaviour. Families are shown better ways of behaving and coping which include:
-Helping children's school attendance. Building strong family relationships
-Northampton Intervention Project Service supports 7 families at any one time:
-5 families are facing eviction.2 families who have been evicted.
-Northampton Intervention Project will work with any one family for up to 15 months (8-10 hours per week).
