The Salvation Army community centre wants to be the hub of community activities in the Town of Rushden. It includes Sally Ann’s café open Mon-Sat 8.30am-3.15pm. A charity shop open Mon-Sat, 8.30am-4.00pm. It has many groups that are held in the centre including Knit and Natter, Mums and Tots, Painting Group, over 60’s club, men’s and women’s guilds, cubs and scouts and brownies and guides.
Motivated by our Christian faith we offer practical support and services to all who need them, regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender or sexual orientation. Our work includes: Homelessness, Modern slavery, Poverty, Addiction, Influencing social policy, Older people, Community - debt advice, unemployment, isolation
